J. Brandon Jones Ed.S., LPC
Brandon specializes in depression, anxiety, and trauma therapy for individuals. Brandon mostly practices from a Person-Centered and Attachment Theory approach. However, he pulls from other counseling theories to best meet the individual needs of his client. In doing so, he frequently uses techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt.
Brandon believes that to help bring forth change in his clients, he must provide them with a safe environment where they feel and believe they are accepted. Brandon believes that through the support of counseling, his clients can discover who they really want to be, what that looks like, and how to proceed in making this a reality.
Brandon has afternoon and evening availability in our Cape Girardeau office.
