Tiffany Bungenstock MA, CIT
Tiffany is a counselor under the supervision of Sara Schuessler. Tiffany enjoys working individuals and couples. She has spent over a decade as a Family and Consumer Science educator, working with young adults and adolescents. She also enjoys working with individuals for family and couples counseling through building and restoring relationships, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills. Tiffany possessed the ability to forge positive, sustainable relationships with her clients.
Tiffany utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy.
As a counselor, Tiffany believes every individual is unique with a specific set of needs. She has a diverse level of knowledge in helping her clients meet those needs. She uses a variety of support services and learning opportunities for clients to discover themselves, what they want for now and for their future, and helps her clients create a path to achieve those goals. Through engaging sessions, clients will have the opportunity to plan and implement goals for their own journey, promote emotional, social and physical health, and partner with families to help implement and guide her clients on their journey.
