Trish provides life coaching for individuals and couples. Coaching is different than counseling in that it focuses primarily on establishing goals and helping clients identify steps they need to take to reach those goals. The second component of coaching is motivation!
Trish works with her clients to identify the things in their lives that motivate them to make these changes and make them lasting. Some clients prefer coaching over counseling because it does not involve a diagnosis and is not billed to insurance. This way they are free to explore whatever they want without the confines of insurance regulations.
She enjoys spending time with her adult children and her dogs. In her free time, she reads and crochets.
