Lynn works with adults who are dealing with a variety of life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, anger issues, or stress. He is very compassionate and provides a safe, supportive environment so the therapy process can be most effective.
He frequently uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is an expert helping clients see the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they interact with each other. He helps his clients see that changing how we think and behave leads to a positive change in our feelings and mood. He also uses elements of Rogerian Person-Centered Therapy and Reality/Choice Therapy.
Lynn enjoys sports, movies, and music.
Lynn has afternoon and evening availability at the Cape Girardeau office.
