Linda specializes in counseling for individuals who are neurodivergent. Additionally, she works with those struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, and other life challenges.

Linda primarily practices from a Client-Centered/Humanistic approach. She also has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She describes her counseling style as eclectic, pulling from whatever techniques and skills she feels best serves her client’s individual needs.

Linda strives to create an open, caring, nonjudgmental environment for her clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, strengths, and weaknesses. In this exploration, she helps her clients gain a deeper understanding about themselves and find practical solutions to their concerns.

She spends her free time reading, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Linda works at the Fenton office and has afternoon and evening availability.
