Mickee Anderson, CIT
Mickee is under the supervision of Derek Stricklin. Mickee specializes in helping individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, or trauma. She particularly enjoys working with young adults and understands the unique challenges they face today.
Mickee frequently uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in her sessions. By using CBT, Mickee helps her clients identify thoughts and behavior patterns that are contributing to the problems her clients are facing. By changing those thoughts and behavior patterns, Mickee helps her clients move forward in happier and healthier ways.
Mickee believes that it is important to not be afraid to ask for help. She feels that counseling is beneficial for everyone, no matter how big or small they think their problems are.
Mickee has evening appointments available in the Farmington Office.
