Robert believes in creating a positive therapeutic experience. He wants his clients to get the most out of counseling. To do this, he establishes a safe and secure, healthy counseling environment. He wants his clients to feel safe enough to explore the causes of their current problems so that they can find the best solutions for their situation.

Robert utilizes a variety of therapeutic styles including Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy. Robert uses a hybrid of these techniques to help his clients get the most out of counseling.
